Gardens that thrive on less water.

We replace thirsty lawns with native gardens built for the Santa Barbara coast. They need less water, less mowing and less fuss.

What your lawn is really costing you

Drag to your lawn size. We compare a typical coastal lawn with the native garden we'd plant in its place.

From walkthrough to first bloom

Most front-yard conversions take about six weeks from the first visit, and our own crew does every step.

    Walkthrough

We walk the yard with you, test the soil and note sun, slope and drainage. Free.

  2. Week 2

    Design

A drawn plan with every plant named and one clear price. We file your rebate paperwork.

  3. Weeks 4–5

    Build

Lawn out, drip irrigation in, plants and mulch down. Usually 3 to 6 working days.

  4. Month 1 on

    Grow in

We visit monthly for the first year, so your garden gets established without guesswork.
